Apartments for Daily Rent in Odessa, Ukraine: Services

1. An Apartment in Odessa is reserved only after prepayment is made. Until this time, the apartment in Odessa is considered free and can be offered the other clients.
2. If you cancel the reservation or change dates (arrival dates or early departure), the prepayment is nonrefundable.
3. If MegaOdessa for any reasons cannot provide the reserved apartment in Odessa, the company will provide a similar apartment or a class above, or - in the extreme case that no other apartment is available - we will return your prepayment plus a fine consisting of the daily cost of the reserved apartment.
4. Your outstanding balance must be paid on the day of arrival when we give you the keys.
   Also, you must pay a security deposit in the amount of one day’s rent. The deposit is returned at check-out and delivery of apartment keys. In case of any damage of property, you are obliged to pay the cost of the caused damage completely.
5. The apartment rent includes cleaning of the apartment once a week during your stay and bed linen changing services (once a week).
6. MegaOdessa does not provide catering, however all of our apartments include a fully outfitted kitchen.
7. Check-out is no later than 12 noon. Arrival time is after 14:00. Early arrival from 8 a.m. till 1 p.m. and late departure from 12 p.m. till 7 p.m. are charged additionally as 50% of the day's rent. Prolongation or reduction of the term of stay should be coordinated with representatives of the company in advance.
8. MegaOdessa reserves the right to dissolve the renting agreement in the case of a public disturbance caused by you (the renter).
9. MegaOdessa does not bear responsibility for the safety of your valuables which are kept in the apartment being rented.
